Tara’s Journey from clinical and business jobs to starting her own private practice

In today’s episode, Libby sits down with Dietitian Boss Tara Gallimore and with our Operations Director Sara Lingenfelter.

 Tara Gallimore RD MSc is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Canadian expert in plant-based sports nutrition. She earned a bachelor’s of Kinesiology; played soccer for 10 years; is one of three (3) Dietitians who is ESIM (Excellence Sportive de l’Île de Montréal) certified; and teaches sports nutrition at the National Circus School. Tara founded Plantae Nutrition to help vegan, vegetarian, & veggie-curious active people and athletes of all levels achieve their performance goals while maintaining a healthy relationship with food.

Sara is the founder and owner of Virtual Biz Partner, a close team that provides business management for online business owners worldwide.  Sara has a proven track record of managing and growing businesses while simplifying strategies, systems, and technology. Sara is also dedicated to providing work-from-home opportunities to women through an accessible online educational course that teaches them how to get started as a Virtual Assistant. When she’s not supporting online entrepreneurs you can find her spending time with her son, watching movies, enjoying the outdoors, and probably eating some chocolate or other tasty food!
