In today’s episode, Dietitian Boss coach Yaa interviews Fatimah and Megan. Fatimah is a registered dietitian, providing virtual nutrition coaching services to people living with paralysis and spinal cord injury. By combining her professional expertise as a dietitian with her personal experience of being married to someone living with spinal cord injury, the coaching program has allowed people with paralysis to regain control of their weight, bowl issues so they can feel more confident and live longer and happier lives. Megan is a New York City based registered dietitian, two time cookbook author, weight management and weight loss expert, she has a master's degree in clinical nutrition from NYU. She most recently authored a bariatric cookbook designed for healthy and delicious post surgical eating. She is the mother of two children and an avid public speaker and lifestyle wellness expert.
