Guest Host & Team Dietitian Boss Instructor, Yaa Boayke sits down with Emma Fogt (FOAKT).  Emma is a Registered Dietitian and owner of The Biome Kitchen, a virtual nutrition practice educating women in their 40s to Beat IBS Bloat with the Low FODMAP Diet and “good for your gut” plant forward recipes. Emma’s 32 year career has involved clinical research, a pediatric private practice, marketing & media and corporate culinary nutrition. Emma was honored with awards from Today’s Dietitian and Philadelphia Magazine in 2010 and received The Outstanding Nutrition Entrepreneur (NE) Award in 2018. Emma was Chair of NE in 2013 and Chair of the Women’s Health DPG last year. She lives in Philadelphia with her German husband and doodle as both of her kids have grown and flown the coop!
