Yaa gets to chat with Sam in today’s episode.  Sam Armstrong is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Sports Dietitian, and Silver Level Swim Coach from Brisbane, Australia. She has over 10 years of experience working with adolescent athletes.  Her goal is simple; she wants to ensure that no teenager is limited from reaching their goals by the food they eat. This drive comes from Sam's own past, where she was a very successful teenage athlete until sickness, eating disorders and a general lack of understanding of her health and nutrition eventually drove her out of the sport she loved.  These days she loves to work with teenagers to empower them to know how food affects their growth and performance, but also to help their families by providing simple food solutions.
