How Incremental Goals Leads to Sustainable Success with Maya Bach
In today’s episode, Libby is talking with Maya Bach. Maya Bach started her career as a clinical weight management dietitian where she found that many patients were relying on supplements or quick fix diets, leaving them feeling frustrated when their weight loss goals weren’t being met. Knowing there must be a better way, Maya left to establish her private practice five years ago and now she partners with clients to achieve the balanced lifestyle changes they need to lose weight, feel confident in their bodies and ditch dieting for good. She is passionate about animal welfare and helps clients increase their awareness about how fun and filling a plant-based diet can be. In her free time, Maya loves relaxing with her husband and their poodle-mix, Dexter, and is training for her first Ironman this fall.
