Metrics on social media go up and down and sometimes that can be a little bit frustrating because you're recreating a post from last week that did really well, but it didn't do well this week. And you're like, "Oh, I just want the magic." You just want the magic number. But in fact, it's like a combination of all these different things that is actually going to get results long term. And one of those things is staying consistent and reviewing and reflecting on what is actually happening week by week.” - Bec Norris
